CarPlay is not Working After an IOS Update
If you are having trouble connecting to CarPlay after updating your device please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- In the CarPlay settings on your phone, select Forget this Device.
- Check the Lighting Cable for cracks, damage, residue, or chips and replace if any are found.
- Try a different Lightning Cable if available.
- Restore factory settings on the infotainment system.
