Contacts are not Importing with Bluetooth on Ford Electric Explorer

Please try the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Be sure that the contacts do not contain any special characters in the name.
  2. Reset the infotainment system by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
  3. Remove the vehicle connection from the phone and then re-pair the phone.
  4. In your device’s Bluetooth settings, make sure the option is selected to allow contacts to be accessed by the vehicle.
  5. Try a factory reset on the infotainment system and then re-pair your device.
