What should I do if my Phone is not Connecting to Bluetooth in my Ford Electric Explorer?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- If your phone's operating system is not up to date, install any available update(s).
- Restart your phone.
- Delete the vehicle paired connection from phone and the phone pairing from the infotainment system (may not be possible on all radio types).
- Reset the infotainment system to factory settings and then restart the vehicle.
- Try to reconnect the phone
