What is the warranty on a Ford Connected Wallbox?

Ford warrants that the Ford Wallbox will be delivered without material or manufacturing defects (quality warranty) for the duration of the warranty period. The warranty is only valid on condition that the Ford Wallbox is installed by a qualified specialist company/electrician in accordance with the installation instructions supplied and operated in accordance with the user manual.

The warranty covers a period of 3 years from the date of delivery of the Ford Wallbox. Please keep a copy of your delivery receipt/invoice as proof of delivery. If the Ford Wallbox fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, it will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. Ford reserves the right to choose between the above options.
