Deactivation of the Speed Warning Chime
This article aims to assist you in turning off the speed warning chime in your vehicle to deactivate beeps when driving over the speed limit.
During each ignition cycle, to deactivate the speed warning chime in your vehicle, simply long press the LIM-Button, which can be found on the steering wheel.
You may refer to this image for guidance.
When long-pressing the LIM-button, you will see a confirmation message in your cluster.
You can also re-activate the Speed Warning chime by long pressing the LIM-button.
Note: Ford electric Explorer, Ford electric Capri, and Ford Transit / Tourneo Connect are currently excluded.
