To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

By Phone
To contact Roadside Assistance Customer Service, use one of the following options:
- If you are in the UK, you should call Ford One Call on 0203 5644444 Option 1.

- Open the FordPass App.
- Go to the Service screen.
- Tap Roadside Assistance.
- For Roadside Assistance:
- Enter your phone number.
- Select one of the following options:

- No, do not share information
- Tap Call Roadside Assistance.
