How do I Get Ford Premium Connectivity to Play my Favourite Playlists or Audiobooks?

Alexa functionality will only work with compatible streaming services that have been linked to your Amazon Alexa account. Follow the steps below to link streaming services: 

1. Open the Alexa app.
2. Open More and select Settings.
3. Select Music & Podcasts, and then Link New Service.
4. Select the music service provider and follow the on-screen instructions.
