How do I cancel the BlueOval™ Charge Network Charging Service?

To cancel BlueOval Charge Network:

1. Open the FordPass^®* App. 
2. Tap Account in the top right corner.
3. Click Connected Services. 
4. Select your electric vehicle from the Garage. 
5. Click Manage to access your BOCN account. 
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Cancel Service. 
7. Confirm cancellation. 

Notes: 

• You should receive an Order Cancel Request confirmation email. 
• Only the subscription owner can cancel the charging service.
