My BlueOval Network Charging Card or Keyfob is not working, what do I do?

You can call one of our FordPass Guides via the FordPass app in the "Energy" tab, select "Access & Permission", then select the "Contact Help" link. A customer care agent will be on hand to resolve your issues and, if required, arrange the delivery of a new card or keyfob.
