Can I control when I share location data via FordPass Connect?

You are in total control of when FordPass Connect* uses your location to provide certain services. If you have turned off location sharing it will only be overridden if your vehicle is equipped with eCall, available on selected models, and this functionality is triggered by a serious accident or the SOS button has been pressed. In this emergency situation your location will be communicated to the emergency services in line with EU Law.

*FordPass Connect enables connected services and is available on selected vehicles or vehicles with navigation. FordPass Connect will be enabled at time of vehicle delivery. You may choose to opt in/out of certain data sharing. Data coverage and service is not available everywhere. Data rates may be incurred.
