Vehicle hotspot usage after ignition off

As long as the vehicle key is in the vehicle, Wi-Fi Hotspot will work for 30 minutes after the ignition has been turned OFF. After that the vehicle Wi-Fi hotpot can be used only after the ignition is ON. 
The 30 minutes may be reduced if the health of the battery is at risk.
