How do I start my BlueOval™ Charge Network charging session using FordPass Pro?

Your charge session activation requires the FordPass Pro app and your physical presence at the charge station. Use the steps below for more information. 

1. Log in to the FordPass Pro App.
2. Navigate to the Home screen.
3. Tap the Battery/Fuel tile. 
4. Select your desired charge station by tapping the tile. 
5. Drive to the charge station and select the charger to activate. 

6. Plug in your vehicle and proceed to charge.

   Note: A confirmation should appear if the connection is in progress and another one when the connection is successful.

7. Disconnect your vehicle once the charge is completed.

You will receive an email and an in-app message with your receipt.

Note: Steps 5-7 are the same process for activating Plug & Charge.
