How do I freeze or replace a card in FordPass Pro?
- Log in to the FordPass Pro App.
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Tap More.
- Select the BlueOval Charge Network tile.
- Tap Freeze.
- Confirm the card freeze on the pop-up message.
Notes:
- Once the card is frozen, you will have the option to unfreeze the card or enter new card details.
- If you enter new card details, a prompt will appear to confirm the new card details.
- To request a new card, tap Call to request a new card.
