What is FordPass Pro?

 This feature gives you an overview of vehicle location, security, and any actions to be taken for your vehicle. 

• Roadside Assistance - Located at the bottom of the list, this button allows you to call for assistance in case your vehicle has broken down.
• Garage - Located at the top left portion of the screen, you can view your existing vehicles, add, and switch vehicles within the application. 
• Fuel - Provides information about your fuel and/or battery level and the estimated distance it can go. 
• Lock Status - Located below the fuel card in the list and allows you to view the following:
  • Locked
  • Unlocked
  • Unavailable
• SecuriAlert Status - This is located within the list below the Lock Status card and allows you to view the following information:
  • Enabled
  • Disabled
  • Unavailable
• Vehicle Health Alerts - This is displayed below the vehicle image. Tapping on these health cards reveals more details about your vehicle.
• Vehicle Location - Tapping on this card will give information about all the pinned vehicle locations on a map and gives an overall health state. You cannot navigate or search on this feature. 
    

This feature provides a visualisation of the following:   

• Battery - This shows the charge capacity for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) vehicles linked to the application. 
• Fuel Level and Fuel Report - Shows the fuel level and consumption for internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.
• Oil Life Level - You can view the oil life for ICE and PHEV vehicles here. 
• ADBLUE - This area provides information about your Diesel vehicle exhaust fluid capacity.
• Tyre Pressure - This shows the tyre pressure level for all vehicles. 
• Mileage - This shows how many miles your vehicle has covered.

This feature acts as the remote to your vehicle, which allows you to perform the following actions:   

• Lock/Unlock - This feature locks and unlocks your vehicle. 
• Start/Stop the engine - This allows for remotely starting and stopping the engine. 
• Cabin and Cargo Lock/Unlock - This allows for the cargo area to be unlocked. 
• Guard Mode - This feature uses vehicle sensors to create alerts and sends this data to your profile. 

After adding and selecting your vehicle, the following services are available:  

• Find a Dealer - This area of the app allows you to find a Ford Dealer.
• Online Service Booking - This area allows you to remotely book a service for your vehicle. 
• Maintenance Schedule - This tracks your vehicle's maintenance schedule and will inform you of required services. 
• Alert's Guide - This allows you to plan alerts on your smartphone. 
• Owner's Manual - This area allows you access to your vehicle's owner manual. 
• Accessories Catalogue, Base and Extended Warranty - This shows your vehicle's warranty and features. 

This page allows you to access messages via the Message Centre and your account settings.

• View and Edit Profile - Allows you to view and modify your account information.
• Messages - Allows you to view and delete messages.
• Reservations - Allows you to manage your reservations. 
• Marketplace - Allows you to discover relevant offers. 
• Shop - Allows you to shop online. 
• Settings - Allows you to modify the application's settings. 
• Wi-Fi Hotspot - Allows you to control Wi-Fi settings for your vehicle.
• Feedback - Allows you to make contact with the team. 
• Terms and Conditions - This area gives an overview of the terms and conditions for usage of the application. 
• Privacy and Cookie Policy and Data Controller - This area outlines the privacy settings for the application and allows you to control how much data can be accessed by the application.
