How do I Use Live Traffic?

Using Live Traffic is simple:

1. Make sure you've activated FordPass Connect* and that data sharing is turned on.
2. If you don't know if FordPass Connect has been activated, tap the FordPass Connect tile on the SYNC screen in your vehicle. Next, tap on ‘Connectivity settings’, then turn on ‘Location’ and ‘FordPass Connect Live Traffic’.
3. To input a destination, tap ‘Navigation’ on your SYNC screen, then ‘Destination’ on the left-hand side of the map screen.
4. Now enter a destination using the keyboard and tap 'Search'. The best route will load onto your SYNC screen.
5. You'll see other useful information, too, like journey and traffic stoppage time.
6. The system covers all major and minor roads. Plus, it delivers real time traffic updates, dynamically rerouting you to avoid hold-ups. So from now on, you can arrive relaxed and on time.
