How do I order the Mustang Mach-E?

To place your order, simply click here and configure your desired car.

Then select a participating Ford Dealer and log in to your Ford Account. You'll see the price for the vehicle from your selected Ford Dealer and then pay your deposit.

Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive an email with confirmation of your payment and your unique order number. If you don't recieve this email. please check your spam folder.

If you change your mind, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund via your original payment method. Log in to your Ford account, click the Cancel button and follow the on-screen instructions. Please check the Terms and conditions of your order for more details.

You can log back in to your Ford Account at any time to check the current status of your order.

Orders are only accepted online. But if you prefer to go in store, a participating Ford Dealer will be happy to talk you through the process.
