Ask Ford
ASK FORD is the new 24/7 self-service tool to answer questions from internal users, dealers and the public with information from databases, websites and a repository. It is intended to enhance the customer experience and engagement with Ford. For consumers, it is accessible via the “Support” button on the Ford website, in the footer or within the owners’ section.
Ask Ford will enable customers to ask questions regarding their vehicle, special interests or services that Ford can provide. This feature goes beyond just self-service and provides on hand information from an article base, owners’ manuals, “How-to videos”, or guides customers to the appropriate webpage or dealer information. This virtual agent is provided on the local Ford website.
ASK FORD will be the first point of contact to find information, further links and contacts. Start your experience by simply clicking on the “Support” button on the left side of your screen, select “Ask Ford” and enter your question.
Pose your question and our “virtual agent” will analyze your question and present the best available answer from multiple Ford data sources without you having to call, chat or email an agent - options that are, of course, still available to our customers.
