How can I update my personal details with Ford Credit?

You can update the following details using Ford Credit Account Manager.

• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Bank account details
• Payment due date (subject to certain criteria)

Within the ‘My Documents’ section of Ford Credit Account Manager, you can download forms to complete and submit to Ford Credit:

• If you have changed your name
• If you wish to nominate a Third Party to act on your behalf concerning your finance agreement
• If you have changed your vehicle registration
