How do I Return my Car at the End of Ford Options Agreement?
If you would like to return your car, please contact your Ford dealer who will make arrangements for your vehicle to be inspected. As long as the car meets our ‘fair wear and tear’ standards and is within the agreed mileage, and your account is up-to-date, there will be nothing further to pay. Additional charges will be incurred if you exceed the contracted mileage or if your car does not meet our fair wear and tear standards. These standards can be found in the Guide to your Ford Options Agreement which you received with your Welcome Letter. A copy can also be found here.
You must return the relevant vehicle documentation, including the MOT certificate if the vehicle is at least 3 years old and the V5 Vehicle Registration Document, also known as the logbook. If you do not return the V5, you will incur a charge for the cost of replacing it.
