How do I add a vehicle to my Ford Account?

You can add a vehicle when first registering for a Ford Account. If you skip this step or want to add another vehicle:

1. Sign in to your Ford Account
2. From the Ford Account dashboard, go to Add a Vehicle > Get Started
3. Add a vehicle using your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

How to find your registration number

• The letter and number and letter combination on the acrylic plates at the front and rear of your vehicle
• On your V5 vehicle registration document

How to find your VIN

You can find your vehicle's VIN in three places:

• On the driver’s side door frame
• Visible through your Ford windshield on the driver’s side
• On your V5 vehicle registration document
