How do I reset my password for FordPass^®*?

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, access the FordPass Log In screen by ​​logging out​​ (if you are currently logged in) and complete the steps below. 

1. On the FordPass login screen, select Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select Request Email. 
4. Go to your email and select the Change Password link.
5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
6. Confirm your new password in the Confirm Password field.
7. Tap Change Password. 

Note: A password update confirmation will be sent to your email.
