If you think your account has been accessed without you knowing, you should reset your password right away.

To help keep your account secure, use a strong password and remember, don't share it with anyone. 

Ford Account and the FordPass app

Ford Account and FordPass conveniently share the same login details. That means, if you  reset your Ford Account password, your FordPass login details will automatically be updated. The next time you use FordPass you will be prompted for your new password.
