Can I Change Which Ford Dealer I Buy my Ford Vehicle From When Ordering Online?

If you change your mind and want to buy from a different Ford Dealer, please call your dealer or the Customer Relations Centre to discuss next steps. You may need to cancel your order through your Ford Account.

Then you can order your chosen vehicle again, paying a new deposit to your new Ford Dealer, if applicable.

Your initial deposit will be refunded within seven days. Please bear in mind that your new vehicle may be built later than the original vehicle.
