How to Check my Ford Vehicle Order Status

We make every effort to build and deliver your vehicle as quickly as possible – after all, we want you to experience your new Ford too. Sometimes delays in production or delivery do happen. When we know that we may experience a delay in production, our Authorised Dealers are the first to know. They can also access our systems to check on the progress of your new order. Speak with your Sales person about order progress. If you remain unhappy, ask to speak with the Sales Manager who can make sure everything is being done to get you driving your new Ford as soon as possible.

When placing an order online, your delivery time will depend on when you order and what lead time you select when you place your order. An estimated delivery date will be provided on the Customer Order Form when you place the order.

How to Check my New Ford's Order Status via Ford Account

If you have ordered online and once your order deposit has been received, we’ll send you an email confirming your order has been placed. You can then track the progress of your order through your Ford Account. We’ll also send you an email whenever there are any updates.
