How Will my Online Ford Vehicle Order be Delivered?

Once available, you can collect your vehicle from your selected Ford Dealer. Some dealers may also offer home delivery at an extra cost.

If you buy from a Ford Dealer outside your country of residence, you may not have the option for home delivery.

When your vehicle is ready, we’ll send you an email to arrange a suitable date for delivery or collection. At this point, your Ford Dealer will also let you know what documents you need to provide at collection/delivery.

You can view and edit your delivery choice in your Ford Account (Participating dealers only).
