How do I view my Ford vehicle service intervals?

Your Service Portfolio contains information on the service intervals for your vehicle. For model years 2023+ the Service Portfolio can be downloaded from the Owner's Manual page.

You can also ask your Ford Dealer. To find your nearest Ford Dealer, use our Dealer Locator. 

Using FordPass*™ 

To access your vehicle information, you must have the vehicle added to your FordPass* account.  

Please note: The service schedules presented in the app are recommendations. Sometimes your vehicle will prompt you to have a service completed prior to the odometer reading shown in the app. If you are uncertain, please reach out to your Preferred Dealer for clarification.  

  Use the steps below to view your vehicle's maintenance schedule:   

1. Navigate to the Service landing page 
2. Select the Service tile 
3. Tap Maintenance Schedule 
4. Select the respective odometer service package 
5. If you'd like to contact a dealer, select Call Dealer
