How do I Fix a Dislodged SD Card?

SYNC when equipped with navigation system, uses an SD card that contains the map data. If the card gets dislodged from the SD card slot, you will get an error message.

If you've lost your navigation functions, try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Turn off your vehicle.
2. Push and release the SD card to remove it. 
3. Insert the SD card back into the slot and make sure it clicks into place.
4. Start your vehicle.
