What happens if I lose, do not have, or need to replace a FordPass®* Charge Card?
If you no longer have your FordPass charge card, have lost it or need to replace it, please contact a Guide for further support. Your current card will need to be blocked (you can do this in FordPass) and a replacement card will need to be requested.
Important: Do not attempt to cancel your subscription. The cancellation cannot be undone.
