You can chat or call a Guide using your FordPass^®* App or by calling the support line. FordPass Guides are available: Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (closed on Sunday).

Select the drop-down with your FordPass App experience for more details on how to contact a Guide for support.

FordPass App 5.X Experience

To contact support in the FordPass App:

Log in to the FordPass App.
Go to the Account screen.
Select Contact Help.
Tap the Call option to reach a Guide.

FordPass App 4.X Experience

To contact support in the FordPass App:

Log in to the FordPass App.
Go to the Account screen.
Select Help.
Tap on one of the following buttons:
- Chat
- Call
