How do I activate the BlueOval™ Charge Network?

Use the Account and Subscription screens in FordPass to activate your BlueOval Charge Network account. Follow the steps below for more details.

Requirements for BlueOval Charge Network Activation 

• An active Ford account and the FordPass^®* App downloaded
• An Electric Vehicle added to your Ford account
• An authorised and activated vehicle modem

Activating BlueOval Charge Network

1. Open the FordPass App. 
2. Tap the Account screen. 
3. Select Subscription.
4. Choose your vehicle from the garage. 
5. Tap Activate Trial. 
6. Review your order details.
7. Select Next. 
8. Add payment method by choosing My Wallet. 
9. Enter your payment information.
10. Click Save.
11. Review your order and click the two checkboxes.
12. Add your Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).
13. Confirm the details and select Save.

A confirmation email will be sent, advising you to toggle on Plug and Charge in the FordPass App.
