You can add or update your Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Card, which is also your FordPass Charge Card, using the FordPass App.
Important: Only the subscription owner is authorised to request and/or change account-level information.
Adding or Updating Your FordPass Charge Card
Select the correct dropdown based on your action type:
Adding a new RFID card to FordPass
If you need to add your FordPass Charge Card:
- Open the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
- Select the Charging header.
- Tap BlueOval Charge Network.
- Select FordPass Charge Card.
- Enter your new RFID card number.
- Tap Confirm.
You will receive a success message upon confirming.
Updating a replacement RFID card to FordPass
If you received a replacement FordPass Charge Card:
- Open the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
- Select the Charging header.
- Tap BlueOval Charge Network.
- Select FordPass Charge Card.
- Tap Replace Card.
- Enter your new RFID card number.
- Tap Confirm.
You will receive a success message upon confirming.
