How do I reprocess my BlueOval™ Charge Network payment?

If your payment declines, you can reprocess your payment using the FordPass App®* or the Ford website.

Reprocessing Payment Options

Select one of the support options below for instructions:

Using theFordPassApp

To reprocess your payment using FordPass:

  1. Open the FordPass App.
  2. Navigate to the Account screen.
  3. Select Connected Services.
  4. Under "BlueOval(TM) Charge Network select "Reprocess Payment".

  5. Select "Update Card"..

  6. Select "Retry Payment.

Note: A payment confirmation screen should appear.

  1. Select "Okay" to exit.

When the payment has been reprocessed, you will receive an account reinstatement email notification. 

Using the Ford Website

To reprocess your payment using the Ford website:

  1. Log in to your online Ford account. online Ford account

  2. Click on "Subscriptions" in the "Manage your account" page.  

  3. Click "Reprocess Payment".  

  4. Click on "Update Card".

  5. Click "Retry Payment" 

When the payment has been reprocessed, you will receive an account reinstatement email notification.
