How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription can be done within your Ford Account using the steps below.

1. Log in to your Ford Account. 
2. Choose your vehicle.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel. 
4. Click Manage.
5. Select Cancel Your Subscription.

You will receive an email confirming that your cancellation has been successful.
