How do I delete my Ford or FordPass®* account?
You can delete your account within the FordPass App using the steps below. You can also contact our Customer Relationship Centre and request an account deletion.
Important:
- Once you delete your account profile, the process cannot be undone.
- Your FordPass account is also associated with your Ford Account.
Deleting Your Ford or FordPass Account
Select the dropdown with your current FordPass App experience for steps to delete your account.
FordPass App 5.X Experience
To delete your account using FordPass:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Tap Account Information under the "Settings" section.
- Scroll down and select Delete Your Account at the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account.

Complete the security prompt based on your phone's settings.
Note: If you do not have security features enabled on your device, follow the prompts.
- Read the pop-up message.
- Select Delete to complete your request.

To delete your account using FordPass:

- Tap Settings.
- Select Delete Account at the bottom.
