The Ford Scheduled Service, tailored for vehicles up to three years old, is performed by Ford trained technicians using genuine Ford parts, crafted to keep your Ford in peak condition. If your Ford is outside its warranty period, you can choose the Ford Essential Service which is tailored to vehicles over four years old. Carried out by Ford trained technicians using high quality Ford Motorcraft Parts®, the Ford Essential Service is designed to keep your vehicle in top condition. If your car is over three years old, it will need an annual Ministry of Transport (MOT) test, to ensure it meets the relevant legal road safety and environmental standards. When your vehicle’s compulsory test is due, one of the best places to bring it is an approved Ford Dealer.

With Pick Up & Delivery‡‡, we service your vehicle, while you stay at home. We’ll arrange a time that suits you, collect your vehicle and bring it back to you fully serviced*.

Our participating dealers offer key drop facilities in showrooms. This saves time and is convenient when dropping off your vehicle during busy hours or outside of the Service department opening times. Ask your dealer about dropping off your car key and leaving relevant details. You can then discuss specifics over the phone or via the Ford Video Check* process.
Life shouldn’t slow down because your vehicle needs servicing. That's why many Dealers offer a courtesy car. Ford Essential service and repairs are available at participating Ford Dealers for older passenger cars and commercial vehicles outside their warranty with up to and including 2.5L engines and are applicable to retail customers only. All published prices are recommended retail prices and include parts, labour and VAT. Mustang, RS models and LPG derivatives are excluded.
Ford Video Check is a 30-point, visual reporting tool and is only available at the dealer’s discretion. Contact your local dealer for more information.
Available at participating dealers only. Ford Express Service is recommended for specific Scheduled Service intervals and all Essential Services where two technicians will complete the required service within sixty minutes. Your local participating dealer can advise on eligibility based on your vehicle’s recommended servicing schedule. Any additional work identified during the service will not be completed in this time and will only be carried out when agreed by the customer at additional cost.
